Devour

I am the snake that chases the rabbit,
And I am the hawk that eats the snake.

I am the unstoppable force.
And I am the immovable object.

I am the dragon that consumes the hero.
And I am the hero that slays the dragon.

I am the host of the parasite that I am.
And I am on a hopeless crusade to destroy my own being.

I am the sword with two sides.
and the bleeding hands that grasp it.

Destruction creates creation
And in turn, creation creates new chance for new destruction

The clock strikes 12 at both day and night.

And I am both day
And night.

The serpent that devours its own tail

The jellyfish that is perpetually reborn.

I am everything
And I am nothing.
